Police are hunting for a man who hurled an anti-Asian statement at a 58-year-old woman and slapped her on the platform of a Bronx subway station earlier this month.
The caught-on-camera unprovoked assault took place at the 174th Street station at about 6:20 p.m. Dec. 1 and left the victim with a scratch to her nose, according to cops.
The woman refused medical attention, authorities said, and the suspect fled the scene on foot.
The NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating the attack.
