Amanda Owen admits feeling 'strange' being alone with Clive for first time in 20 years

In the latest episode of their show Our Yorkshire Farm, Clive and Amanda Owen’s youngest Nancy went off to start her first day at school, following in the footsteps of her older eight siblings. Nancy’s new journey meant the couple were left in their family home for the first time in years.

The 47-year-old shepherdess admitted it felt “strange” having all nine children away at once, but thought it was “quite peaceful”.

Clive added: “I don’t think it’s a sad thing, I think it’s an achievement.

“I’m very proud of them but it does feel strange without them.”

The couple are parents to; Raven, 20, Reuben, 17, Miles, 15, Edith, 12, Violet, 11, Sidney, nine, Annas, seven, Clemmy, five and four-year-old Nancy.
