The strategy should stay the same, bring out the exclusives on pc a few years later and everyone wins, good business for sony and the exclusives are more available to gamers, while still giving people a reason to own a ps5 or convince them to buy one
For example wuth god of war coming to pc, if pc gamers really love it, would they really want to wait a few years to play part 2 ? Same goes with horizon.
Its a good strategy as it is, it wouod be a mistake from sonys end to do day and date like MS.
People seem to forget microsofts deep pockets and the hits they can take, sony need to do things differently.
What works for one business might not work for another.
I love gamepass on my xbox but at the same time i understand that sony spending 100s of millions of dollars on there exclusives just to put them on a cheap subcription day and date, would be a death kneel, sony just dont have the pockets of ms.
