Cleaning star Lynsey Crombie shares her ‘number one’ product – ‘it’s an all rounder’

Cleaning products can be costly, especially if you buy specific ones for each of your household chores. Some of the most costly products can include oven cleaners, floor cleaners and even cleaners for shining up your stainless steel. But what if there was a way to clean all these household items with one product?

Cleaning star Lynsey Crombie has shared her “number one” product which can be used to tackle windows, floors, ovens and more.

Lynsey, who is also known as the Queen of Clean on Instagram, can often be spotted sharing her cleaning tips on ITV’s This Morning.

She has also authored several books and champions natural and affordable cleaning solutions such as lemon juice, white vinegar and bicarbonate of soda.

Another favourite product of hers, which she claims is the “one product” to have in your cupboard is washing up liquid.

Lynsey said she uses washing up liquid to clean her oven glass.

“All you need is a bit of wire wall and washing up liquid to clean it up and it comes up beautifully,” she said.

On her Instagram page, Lynsey also uses washing up liquid to remove soap scum from shower doors and tiles.

She uses a solution of water, white vinegar and washing up liquid.

However, if you don’t own washing up liquid and are on a budget, there are stores you can buy the product for less than £1.

ASDA Smart Price Washing Up Liquid can be bought for just 34p while Tesco Washing Up Liquid can be purchased for just 33p.

Waitrose sell an Essential Original washing up liquid for just 80p.

Sainsbury’s Washing Up Liquid can be found in store for just 50p and includes a “winter spice” edition.
