Jasmine’s post comes less than a week after she revealed that someone had asked her if she was pregnant.
The TV star said she was initially “insulted” by the comment, but is trying to love and accept her body for what it is.
“I’ve spent my adult life putting on weight and losing it again. It’s boring after a while.
“The last time I lost weight, I thought I’d cracked it for good, but alas, it all went awry during lockdown,” she wrote online, in view of her 87,500 followers.
Jasmine went on to say that she is embarking on a new healthy lifestyle that involves self love and a more relaxed approach to dieting.
