Married at First Sight UK stars admit 3 couples split off-screen after the show ended

It has been a turbulent time for the Married At First Sight UK couples. An explosive reunion has revealed that three pairs split off screen.

Luke Dawson confronted his wife Morag Crichton on the post-series reunion, accusing her of saying “it was only a TV show”.

Morag has since bit back at Luke, calling his claims “utter lies.”

She said: “I was so shocked by the man that was at the reunion, I didn’t know who that person was.

“He switched and he even said he lied about saying he loved me, and nobody picked up on that.

“He said that apparently I said ‘it was only a TV show’, which was utter lies,” she continued.

“He sat there and lied through his teeth on that sofa, which is why I was shocked and I couldn’t get my words out.

“I was flabbergasted and I didn’t know who that person was,” the star told the Mail Online.

Twice-unlucky in love Alexis Economou couldn’t find a match on the show but fans are hopeful they might have found a connection on the outside.

Ant and Alexis tried to make it work but decided to go their separate ways, though there doesn’t seem to be much bad blood between them.

Another couple to surprise fans by calling it a day were mature pair Marilyse Corrigan and Franky Spencer, who admitted their relationship had gone a bit stale and that they had gone their separate ways a few weeks after the reunion.

“It’s really sad as we got on really well,” Marilyse said, “And Franky has a heart of gold but outside the experiment, I had to think, ‘Do I want to be with this person forever?’

“The experiment was very full-on and the expectation after was full-on as well, I think maybe things went too quickly.
