Tesco said: “If you’ve bought any of the affected M&M’s products, please keep the product and contact the Mars Wrigley Consumer Care team via the details below to arrange a return or refund.
“Alternatively, return it to a Tesco store where a full refund will be given. No receipt is required.
“Use our store locator to find your nearest UK Tesco or nearest ROI Tesco. If you’re unable to come in-store, you can call us to arrange a refund.”
