It was a show of big surprises and big wins as Jake Wood and Gregg Wallace also accepted the highest offer of £70,000 and £50,000 respectively.
Wood, sadly, didn’t win the prize pot, but Wallace was ecstatic as he won the money with only five seconds to spare.
As the show continued, audiences kept tweeting that they were incredibly happy Joly won the money for his charity.
“Well done Dom congrats on winning 50k for your charity #BeatTheChasers,” one said.
Another Twitter user added: “Dom has beaten the Chasers! #BeatTheChasers”.
“Dom destroyed all 5 chasers ! #BeatTheChasers,” another continued, praising his performance on the show.
