Jana Kramer and Mike Caussin were issued a temporary restraining order to prevent them from speaking in a ‘disparaging’ way about each other in front of their two kids.
Just a week after the One Tree Hill star, 37, announced the end of her nearly six-year marriage over Instagram, it’s emerged the order was issued by a Tennessee court on April 23.
According to the Williamson County clerk, an order is automatically given with all divorce declarations filed in the area.

The temporary document means they are prohibited from harassing, threatening, assaulting or abusing the other spouse as well as banning the making of ‘disparaging remarks’ about the other to their children or their employers, it was shared in court documents obtained by E! News.
The order means neither Jana nor Mike can take their children, Jolie, five, and two-year-old Jace, out of Tennessee or more than 50 miles from home without the approval of the court.
Neither party is allowed to borrow, transfer or conceal any shared property without permission or hide or destroy evidence on computer hard drives or other devices.

However, the order insisted they can ‘maintain the marital standard of living’, though they need to keep notes of any expenses.
News of the order comes a few days after it was revealed the 37-year-old singer had sought a divorce from the athlete due to ‘inappropriate marital conduct, irreconcilable differences and adultery.’
The former couple have a post-nuptial agreement and Jana is seeking custody of the children, as well as having Mike pay alimony and her legal costs.

In 2016, the 34-year-old ex-footballer entered a treatment center for two months for sex addiction after repeatedly cheating on his wife.
Mike previously said in 2019: ‘Jana kind of gave me an ultimatum when everything came out, and she discovered everything, and she looked at me and said, “You need to go somewhere. Basically, you need to figure out what’s going on and what this is, or I’m gone, period.”‘
Their official date of separation is listed as April 20, one day before she revealed the split with a somber Instagram post amid more infidelity accusations against the former professional football player.

‘As I try to make sense of a reality I never wanted to believe could be possible again, those words have now become a reality,’ she told her social media followers. ‘I’ve fought y’all. I’ve loved hard. I’ve forgiven. I’ve put the work in. I’ve given everything I have, and now I have nothing else to give. It’s time.’
Jana was left ‘distraught’ over their split, but has no plans to reconcile as she’s through with his cheating ways.

‘This time she’s said it’s over for good. She wouldn’t have filed for divorce if she wasn’t serious about it,’ an insider recently told Us Weekly.
The source added: ‘Kramer thought her third marriage ‘would be her last’ but after putting in a ‘lot of effort to make it work, she realized that ‘she was doing all she could [but] his past ways have come back to bite again.
‘Their kids are still pretty young and wouldn’t fully understand if they told them they’re separating. They want to make sure their kids are raised as normal as possible despite their parents no longer living together,’ they added.
Jana and Mike began dating in August 2014 but split up weeks later when she announced on social media that he cheated on her.
They later reconciled, and got married in May 2015 in a rustic outdoor ceremony in Caussin’s home state of Virginia.
After admitting he cheated again, the couple separated in August 2016 when their daughter Jolie Rae was just seven-months-old.
Although the reasons behind the couple’s second split were not explicitly revealed at the time, Jana later confirmed rumors of infidelity in a statement to People.
‘Mike was the biggest of the betrayals because it was the first time in a relationship where I truly loved the version of me,’ she told the outlet at the time.
