Kim Kardashian and Van Jones dating rumors continue to spread

A new burble’s coming out of the Kim Kardashian klub. Throats are clearing throats after whispering the name Van Jones.

Nice-looking. Political reporter. CNN talker. So left, his car won’t even turn right. Who knows, but he maybe even influenced her politics. He maybe even has ties to show business types.

He maybe even knows folk who’ll quickly shut their tongues if his name is even breathed in connection with maybe Kim, maybe.

I will not wait while everybody tells me I don’t know what I’m talking about.

A Legendary vacation

Another part of the world just had John Legend, Chrissy Teigen, and their tiny Legendlets, Luna and Miles, plus Chrissy’s mom, Pepper, all grabbing 10 days at Soneva Jani. Maldives. While there, they did the “Today” show plus “Good Day New York” live plus everyone Instagrammed everyone this side of Tasmania — so everybody maybe only got room tans.

Films with buzz

Paul Simon recorded “That’s Why God Made the Movies.” Neither God nor Paul recorded anything about last night’s Oscars, so onward with new news about new films: Everybody’s doing stuff about anybody. No need to be somebody. Netflix does four-hour docs on orthodontists. Coming is Boy George’s biopic “Karma Chameleon,” which begins with poverty, ends with celebrity and midway makes a left turn into drugs.

Another’s about kings who grew up in Queens like D. Trump, Howard Stern, Martin Charles Scorsese and A. Cuomo, of who you may have heard. Queens is now again receiving royalty. Ray Romano, Laurie Metcalf and Tony Lo Bianco are filming there about growing up in those parts. Romano’s from that borough, so if the film’s good, maybe they’ll stick his statue in front of Raymour & Flanigan. If not, he’ll make the Queens Boulevard gas station.

Vanessa Redgrave, 84, will co-star in an Irish dramedy. You may need a shamrock to actually find “Finding You,” a small movie about violin virtuosoing, which fiddles its way into theaters the 14th. She says: “ Independent films need different skills to bring out the qualities. I try to help them. That’s my business as an actress.”

Get the popcorn

Another Jane Austen movie. Her words nail more films than the writings of Matthew, Mark, Luke or John. They’ve starred Anne Hathaway, Keri Russell, Gugu Mbatha-Raw. Probably even Pola Negri. This newie’s “Persuasion” with Dakota Johnson.

The Cannes opener, “Annette” with Marion Cotillard and Adam Driver, is about a comedian and singer whose lives change once they have a kid with whom comes some mystery.

Also emerging is something schlepped out by Guy Ritchie called “Wrath of Man.” A thriller, Jason Statham’s out for revenge after the death of his son.

Jason: “Guy wanted this very real and not have me do cool slick movements. Helps create the sense of realism we are after. Hard to provide that nowadays unless you’re so confident that you know exactly what you want to capture through a camera’s lens — and Guy does.”

Their friendship began with 1998’s “Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.” Guy pitched him this movie in two minutes. “I wanted Jason for this character who’s cold, intelligent, focused and driven.” It’s Englishy and releases in theaters May 7.

As for the USA, we must be careful. Biden needs maybe a food taster. Should he opt out one day because he can’t locate the White House men’s room, up comes no-Kan-do-nothing at the border Kamala. After filling out the remainder of Biden’s term, she then runs on her own for president. Then runs for a second term as president. Pay attention. No-Kan-do Kamala could be president of the United States of America maybe 10 years. Our country ’tis of she.

An opinion expressed maybe not only in New York, kids, only in New York.
