The Girls Next Door’s Holly Madison was grateful Hugh Hefner never got her pregnant: ‘He was just too old’

The Girls Next Door alum Holly Madison is ‘grateful’ she never got pregnant during her seven-year open relationship with Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, which ended in 2008.

‘I knew it was because of him. I was healthy. He was just too old,’ the Oregon-born 41-year-old – who underwent IVF – dished on Tuesday’s Call Her Daddy podcast.

‘Yes, thank god, oh my god! When I had first gotten into that situation and something happened in my mind that first night I had sex, where I felt like, “Okay, I did that.

‘I like breached my own boundaries and I wasn’t comfortable with it. Now I have to make this situation into something.” I almost locked myself into this box.’

Holly said she could not even move into the Playboy Mansion in 2001 until she had sex with the then 75-year-old editor-in-chief.

‘Nobody ever got asked to move in unless they had slept with him,’ Madison (born Cullen) noted.

The former Playboy Bunny described sex with Hugh as ‘boring’ and ‘basic’ and monotonous, and she now realizes she was suffering from ‘Stockholm syndrome’ and was not in love with him.

‘Imagine having sex with somebody in a room full of women who all hate you,’ Holly said of the twice-a-week group sex sessions.

‘And you know they’re all talking s*** about you. Like, how horrible!’

The first three years were particularly ‘horrendous’ for Madison when there were six other women and they all had strict $1K clothing allowances and 9pm curfews.

Hefner eventually passed away, age 91, in 2017 from sepsis brought on by an E. coli infection.
