Suspect who randomly shoved elderly Asian man caught on surveillance video

The suspect who shoved an elderly Asian man outside a Brooklyn grocery store Monday was captured on surveillance footage stealing from a nearby shop before the unprovoked attack.

In a video released early Wednesday, the male suspect is shown snatching a bouquet of flowers from an outdoor store display on Avenue U in Sheepshead Bay and then chucking it across the sidewalk.

Moments later, around 11:15 a.m., the menace pushed the 77-year-old victim to the ground while he was looking at vegetables for sale in front of the J&R NY Supermarket on Avenue U near East 14th Street, cops said.

The suspect, who was still on the loose Wednesday, was last seen heading east on Avenue U.
