Iceland news: Supermarket to launch exclusive Lotus Biscoff ice cream cake

Lotus Biscoff fans will be happy to know that Iceland is launching an exclusive ice cream cake, made by the company. Announcing the news, Iceland said: “2021 is saved!”

Lotus Biscoff already has an ice cream available for fans of the company, but it comes as an ice cream stick, similar to a Magnum.

Shoppers can buy a pack of three Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream Sticks from Tesco, Morrisons, Waitrose, and Iceland.

The Belgian company’s other products are also popular.

Its caramelised biscuit spread means being able to enjoy the great taste of Lotus Biscoff biscuits in a jar, perfect to eat on toast or to cook with.

In other Iceland news, the retailer has recently launched the perfect dessert for Easter.

The Hot Cross Bun Cheesecake is available to buy in stores and online now and costs only £2.75.

The cheesecake has a crunchy biscuit base and a spiced orange and raisin flavoured topping, covered in a salted caramel sauce and a white chocolate cross.

Already a hit with shoppers on social media, the cheesecake was also seen yesterday on Steph’s Packed Lunch on Channel 4.
