Princess Eugenie baby shopping list includes £126 car seat and John Lewis teddy slippers

Princess Eugenie took baby August home in the Cybex Cloud Z i-Size car seat. The car seat costs £239 and comes in a range of colours, although Eugenie opted for classic black. The brand produces the car with designs by Moschino designer Jeremy Scott and in Ferrari designs.

The blue shawl may be specially made for August, but the company produces a number of other blue shawls, the Cosy Cashmere Baby Shawl, £125, and the Leaves and Flowers Baby Shawl, £108.

Late last year Eugenie was seen shopping in London for maternity wear, the same brand worn by her relative Kate Middleton.

The young royal was spotted holding a shopping bag from Seraphine, an international maternity fashion label.

While on the shopping trip in Kensington High Street, Eugenie carried the brand’s purple bag.

Judi James told Express.co.uk: “These are wonderfully non-royal-looking poses from Jack and Eugenie,” said Judi.

“The couple look totally wrapped up in their new baby.”

Judi compared Jack’s body language to Prince Harry’s in previous images of him with baby Archie, noting: “Like Harry, Jack has adopted the role of ‘baby-carrier’ for the pose to suggest a more involved role than we are used to see in the previous generation of men in the royal family.

“Holding your first-born can be tricky enough but tilting it towards the camera could be nerve-wracking,” Judi added.
