Weather permitting, the SpaceX launch is pencilled in to launch between 2pm and 5pm GMT (9am and 12pm EST).
A favourable weather forecast for the launch was issued on Tuesday which predicts a low 30 percent chance of poor weather.
Primary concerns include winds at liftoff and thick clouds.
The Space Force’s 45th Weather Squadron said: “Overnight Wednesday into Thursday morning, a strong high-pressure system moving east from southern Texas will bring cooler, drier air to the Space Coast.
“The primary weather concern for Thursday is liftoff winds and the thick cloud layer rule associated with any lingering frontal cloudiness.”
