Why physical is better then digital if the game sucks I can take it back to the store either get a store credit or use the refund towards another better game. Digital stores not matter who should all follow the same rules as a physical store if you’re not happy with it we will gladly return it I did it with Steam a couple of times. Also wish digital stores would follow the we will price match the competitor in price like some brick and mortar stores do. I wanted Visage on PS4 it’s like $55 Canadian and on XB1 is $40 Canadian I asked Sony if they would match the price they said no.
