The Jacques Pépin Foundation has released a new online video cookbook, “Cook With Jacques Pépin and Friends, Volume 1.” It’s available to members of the organization, which just initiated its membership program. The foundation, started in 2016, supports training programs for chefs. The cookbook, with submissions from 45 contributors, has informative yet concise video recipes; the recipes are also given in print on your screen and the pages can be printed. Nina Compton, Andrew Zimmern, Thomas Keller, Padma Lakshmi, Kwame Onwuachi, Alice Waters, Ivy Mix, José Andrés, Nour Hamidaddin and Dale DeGroff are among the contributors. Memberships start at $40 a year.
