The duo were spotted horseback riding at a ranch in Ventura County, California, on two separate occasions these last few weeks.
William, 89, finalized his divorce from Elizabeth after 18 years of marriage earlier this year, and as part of their prenuptial agreement, paid her a lump sum of $2 million.
