“Not everybody can be able to say that they’re doing that kind of thing. So I’m very lucky,” he added.
During the pandemic, Adam and Duncan had no choice but to furlough 53 of their staff members during the coronavirus pandemic as their farm had to close.
He said: “Since lockdown, we were really very, very worried about the business where Duncan, my business partner and I were tenants of the farms, we don’t own it.”
Despite their previous concerns, they reopened back in July, which saw visitors flock back to their farm.
