Kroy Biermann may owe a former business partner some money, a new report from Page Six revealed today. Kroy Biermann has been accused of owing his former NFL agent a sum total of $22,000 for his services.
Page Six picked up on the court documents filed by Andrew Baker from Exclusive Sports Group in which he alleged that Biermann has stiffed him on the sum of money mentioned above. He has reportedly reached out to him to get the money back a number of times but Kroy hasn’t managed to do so, Andrew claims.
Reportedly, Baker says he has worked with Biermann on a number of contracts including for the Atlanta Falcons and the Buffalo Bills, however, he says Biermann would always be late on the payments.
After refusing to pay up the money owed, Baker argued in the documents, he has demanded to receive payment. Page Six says Baker and Biermann were supposed to meet up with each other on the 4th of June, 2020, over a Zoom call.
But Biermann never appeared for the conversation and his lawyer didn’t go either. As most know, Biermann played in the NFL for the Falcons between 2008 and 2015, but later played for the Buffalo Bills in 2016 before he was cut before the season began.
Fans of Kroy know he’s in a relationship with Kim Zolciak. In recent news, the reality star was in the headlines after she said she wanted to have another baby boy. Zolciak posted a picture of her daughter not long after she gave birth to her.
According to the reality star, Brielle sent the photo to Kim because she knew her mother would appreciate it. Zolciak said at the time that her daughter sent her the photo because she knows she has the “baby fever.” All About The Real Housewives previously reported that there was talk Kim and Kroy would be having a baby.

Kim’s interest in having another child came right around the same time as the 7th season premiere of Don’t Be Tardy. Kim was gearing up for her 40th birthday, and the drama of the episode revolved around her plans.
