Just ordered a new Galaxy Watch? This is not the news you wanted to hear

Samsung’s all-new Galaxy Watch 3 was only announced last month and if you rushed to buy one on launch day we wouldn’t blame you. However, those who now have a Galaxy Watch 3 strapped to their wrist might not be too pleased to hear Samsung just announced plans to launch a more premium version of this wearable.

Enter the Galaxy Watch 3 Titanium. This upgraded smartwatch has just been announced by the Korean technology firm and it includes a design that, as the name suggests, is made from … yep, you guessed it – titanium. Samsung says this material makes it elegant and lightweight, whilst being incredibly durable.

As well as being built from this tougher stuff, there’s also a Mystic Black metal strap in the box which adds to the luxurious feel. Other than that, this is still a Galaxy Watch, which means you get all of the features found on the Watch 3, including the health and fitness features, such sleep tracking, heart-rate and blood oxygen monitoring.

Once passed by medical authorities across the world, the Galaxy Watch 3 is also capable of checking blood pressure, which could be a life-saving upgrade. The device will watch over all of your exercise routines and even offer coaching on your next run.

There’s also a blood oxygen sensor built in which offers an insight into how your body is performing during exercise.

If it’s the SE that takes your fancy then you’ll find this device offers many of the fitness features found on the Series 5 Watch and can track your time in the gym or morning walk around the park.

The only things that are missing from the SE are the always-on display and the clever ECG function embedded into the digital crown. Both the Apple Watch Series 6 and Apple Watch SE are available from today.
