The singer was the victim of an electric scooter accident that left her with some ugly bruises all over her face. Fortunately, however, it sounds like Rihanna is ‘healing quickly’ so fans have nothing to worry about.
This update coming from the star’s rep comes after she was spotted just sitting in a car, bruises on her face.
Naturally, the paparazzi pics shared first by TMZ caused people to start asking questions about what had happened to the artist.
The same news outlet also reported that Rihanna was waiting in her car outside the Giorgio Baldi restaurant for the staff there to bring out the food she’d ordered at the time she was spotted.
The bruises and swelling were pretty visible.
The rep addressed the situation via ET, telling the site that ‘Rihanna is completely fine now but she flipped over on an electric scooter just last week and bruised her forehead and her face. Luckily there were no major injuries and she’s healing quickly.’
That’s great to hear as it could have obviously been so much worse!
In the meantime, Rihanna has been focusing on her business empire, releasing her new skincare line back in July.
At the time, she chatted with ET about it and also updated fans on her music career as well since fans have been waiting for a long time to hear new songs from Rihanna.

‘I am always working on music. I’m always working on new music and when I’m ready to put it out in the way I feel fit, it’s going to come out. And you are not going to be disappointed when it happens. It is going to be worth it. I am not just going to put it out just because people are waiting. It has taken this long, I’m going to make it worth it,’ she revealed.
