Rita also revealed that Maiya goes to the same school as her twin sister Jaimee.
She added: “We’ve brought Maiya up as a hearing child, and she attends the same mainstream school as her twin sister.”
Elsewhere, Rita revealed she and her husband Theo Silverston have not lived together in the past two years, and decided to end their marriage.
Rita’s representative confirmed: “Rita and Theo have been separated for almost two years, and Theo moved out of the family home some time ago.
“The split has been a significant change for Rita, but she knows it’s the right decision.”
