In celebration of her 42nd birthday, Nicole shared a series of cute snaps to her Instagram to share how grateful she is of her new romance with Thom.
Nicole captioned the post: “Thank you God for another year around the sun.
“For a new day, fresh breath in my lungs and my heart beating stronger than ever, I am so grateful.
“Thank you for your grace and this unexpected gift of time. Thank you for the joy and overwhelming love I am able to receive today from family, friends, and so many around the world.

Nicole previously dated Formula 1 racing driver Lewis Hamilton.
After dating on and off since 2007, they went on to split in 2015.
Amid their split, Nicole spoke of how you can be too “comfortable” within a relationship.
Talking to People, she said: “Sometimes people stay in relationships because they get complacent because it’s comfortable for them because they don’t want to be alone.
“It’s a new chapter in my life. I’m going through a very transformative time in my life.”
