The 24-year-old was seen being put through a number of drills shared on Mykonos Performance’s Instagram page as well as his own, testing both his physical levels and his ability on the ball.

The facility has been used by a number of footballers in the past including Hector Bellerin, Jerome Boateng, Michael Keane, Joshua King and Joelinton.

Grealish is currently away on his end of season break but is due back at pre-season training later this month, ahead of the new Premier League season.

The 24-year-old is set to hold crunch talks with Villa’s chief executive Christian Purslow on his return.

Manchester United have long been linked with the 24-year-old, yet with Villa co-owner Nassef Sawiris placing a £80m price-tag on his head, Grealish’s long-term future will be decided during these late August talks, says a report in The Mirror

The report details that Grealish has three years left on his Villa deal which currently sees him earn £65,000-a-week.

Grealish was his team’s standout performer as his boyhood club dramatically avoided relegation last season.

The Villa skipper scored against West Ham on the final day of last season and afterwards manager Dean Smith said of the prospect of Grealish leaving in the coming weeks: ‘We have billionaire owners and if people want him he’s going to cost an awful lot of money.’
