She said: “The adult-child relationship has switched, I think with my friends as well, they’re kind of giving their parents strict orders, stay home, stay indoors and wash everything that comes in.
“I think we all get our information from different sources these days so especially with parents who are a little bit older you have to make sure they’ve got the info.”(sic)
Rachel also discussed the difficulties of her mum and dad having to miss out on her and her husband Pasha Kovalev’s daughter Maven’s early developments because of lockdown restrictions.
While speaking about missing her parents, she explained: “It’s their first granddaughter and they’ve missed a lot of her life when she was little and they change so much at this age, but we’re really fortunate.”
