China launches anti-subsidy probe on polyphenylene ether imports from U.S.

BEIJING (Reuters) – China’s commerce ministry said on Friday it has started an anti-subsidy probe into imports from the United States of polyphenylene ether, a polymer prized for its heat resistance and used in the automotive and electronics industries.

Earlier this month, the commerce ministry launched an anti-dumping probe into imports from the United States of polyphenylene ether.
