The star is one of the most popular on Good Girls, due to her character’s relationship with heart-throb Rio (Manny Montana). Hendricks was the former wife of Geoffrey Arend – an American actor who starred in the ABC series Body of Proof and CBS’s Madam Secretary.
The couple married in 2009 and they were together for 10 years before separating in 2019.
The Good Girl star filed for divorce in LA in December 2019, with Hendricks citing “irreconcilable differences” as a reason.
They listed their separation date as April 19, 2019 after a decade of marriage.
Hendricks had been introduced to Arend by her co-star on Mad Men, Vincent Kartheiser.

The couple posted an emotional message on Instagram in October 2019, making their separation public.
They said: “Twelve years ago we fell in love and became partners. We joined our two amazing families, had countless laughs, made wonderful friends and were blessed with incredible opportunities.
“Today we take our next step together, but on separate paths. We will always be grateful for the love we’ve shared and will always work together to raise our two beautiful dogs.
“We will be taking time to rediscover ourselves in this transition and we thank you for your patience and support in giving us the space to do so.”
The post suggests the couple are on good terms and the agreement to end the marriage was mutual.
Hendricks was 31 when she got engaged to Arend, who was also 31 at the time.
They were married at the Il Buco restaurant in New York, where they exchanged platinum wedding bands.
At the time of her engagement she told People: “He’s considerate, he’s thoughtful, he’s smart, he takes care of me. He’s very, very giving.”
The couple married two years after first meeting, and Hendricks had told Cosmopolitan: “Geoffrey walked in and I was like, ‘Who is this guy?’
“He just came in with this very high energy. He was just charming, funny and very magnetic.”
Arend had shared her journey on Mad Men with her as they met half way through the first season.

One of her most recent Instagram posts was regarding the news that Good Girls had been renewed for season four.
She said: “I’m over the moon to hear I get to work with all these amazing people again. It’s a true dream job. When we all get through this, we’re ready to go stir up more trouble.”
Hendricks stars in the main cast alongside Retta as Ruby Hill and Mae Whitman as Annie Marks.
Since their separation Arend has starred in the show The Magicians, and he voiced a character in Batman: Hush.
