Adil and Ranvir returned to GMB this morning to take over the reigns from Kate Garraway and Ben Shephard. The duo weren’t the only ones standing in for regular ITV hosts as Christine Lampard is currently fronting Lorraine alongside Andi Peters while Lorraine Kelly takes a break. However, when the Good Morning Britain hosts cut to Christine for a preview of today’s show, Adil couldn’t help but point out a rather glaring outfit blunder.
Spotting the similarities between Christine, Ranvir and weather reporter Laura Tobin’s outfit choices, Adil was quick to make a joke.
“It looks Christine, Ranvir and Laura, you all got the pick’n’mix sweet dress memo,” he joked.
He added: “What’s going on? I feel a little bit underdressed!”
Christine quickly began to defend her outfit choice as she explained: “It’s just colourful, it’s -“

When the mayor insisted those responsible were now under “house arrest”, Ranvir wanted to see if he felt any responsibility.
“You don’t feel any sense of responsibility or guilt? Even in hindsight?” she asked, to which the politician confessed he didn’t.
Mr Itani replied: “No, I feel bad but feel guilty? No. I don’t feel guilt.
“I feel guilty that we are hopeless and we don’t have the authority to have taken action with that regard.”
