Jodie Comer: Braless Killing Eve star swaps PJs for boob-baring BAFTA dress at last minute

Killing Eve sensation Jodie Comer, 27, has wowed fans in a boob-baring dress for the BAFTA Awards tonight. The Talking Heads actress, who plays the character of Villanelle, admitted she swapped her PJ’s for the stunning summer piece.

After being open about her social media “break”, Jodie has took the opportunity to flaunt her sizzling summer look ahead of tonight’s BAFTA ceremony.

She wrote to her 1.6 million followers: “BAFTA is looking a little different this year….

“I’ve swapped the Royal Festival Hall for a BBQ in the back garden!!

“Shout out to the legend General Manager at Liverpool Parcelforce who hand-delivered this beautiful @duroolowu dress to me this morning,” Jodie continued.

One quickly penned: “FANCY YOU,” while another remarked: “Helllllooooo sunshine !!”(sic)

Despite Jodie’s rare appearance on Instagram today, the star has recently spoken out about taking a “step back” from social media.

Her comments come after OK! Magazine brought up the fact she hasn’t been “as active” on social media of late.

“Until I get some self-control and manage not to go and seek out negative things on social media, I think it’s best for me to take a little step back,” she revealed.

“Also now, in this time, I am trying to be a little bit conscious of what I use it for.”

The Liverpool-born sensation continued: “It feels a bit wrong to me to be doing any sort of self-promotion at the moment, so I’m trying to be a little bit wary of that, while also being communicative and speaking to people.

“It’s something I’m figuring out – it’s a tricky thing.”

Jodie recently starred in Talking Heads, a series made of dramatic monologues written by Alan Bennett.

Reflecting on her role as an aspiring actress called Lesley, the small-screen star divulged: “It was also a great opportunity to meet [director] Josie Rourke and work with her on this piece.

“I thought it was a wonderful idea from the BBC to bring audiences new content at this time and I was itching to get off my sofa and do something creative,” she confessed to the Radio Times.

The BAFTA TV Awards 2020 will air on BBC One at 7pm tonight.
