She shared on Instagram that she recently apologised to a close pal for a lack of contact.
She wrote: “Buying flowers for your friends ahead of a catch up because you have 5 kids between you…sorry @sophiewatkins these will be dead before we actually see each other.”
Her words accompanied a video of the blooms in question, that were still wrapped up, as she remained out of shot.
Alongside parenting and her career, Helen has also been focused on renovating the family’s Yorkshire home.
