A third person tweeted: “Hahaha love how you have to exemplify the round part lol cause you know the secret I guess.”
And a fourth person said “I still believe the earth is flat… Haha.”
Other suggested the photo could be fake and some questioned the astronaut’s choice of the word “round” in his tweet.
However, the vast majority of people who responded to the original tweet came out in support of Mr Benhken.
Many people asked for snapshots of their countries while others ridiculed the idea of Earth being flat.
