Bake Off: Will The Great British Bake Off move from Channel 4 to Sky?

Since arriving on Channel 4 from the BBC in 2017, Bake Off has been a huge hit for the broadcaster.

Series eight was the biggest show on Channel 4 in over six years with an average audience of nine million.

Channel 4 executive Ian Katz said at the time: “Over the last two years The Great British Bake Off has become one of the best-loved programmes on Channel 4, embodying the warmth, mischief and inclusivity for which the channel is known.

“We’re delighted to be continuing our fantastically collaborative partnership with Love Productions and especially to be discovering a new generation of British baking talent with Junior Bake Off.”
