The Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted Johnson’s affirmative motion for summary adjudication on his causes of action for sexual harassment, failure to prevent harassment, fraud by intentional misrepresentation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The ruling means those causes of action have been deemed proven by the court.

‘No attorneys for Cimino or the studio participated in the hearing,’ Deadline reported.
