Designer Saudia Islam spoke to Fashion Bomb Daily and revealed just how important Kim’s backing has been to the label. Not only did Kim help promote the business by sharing the photos, she now specifically mentioned the company in a new Instagram post where she encouraged her 175.3 million Instagram followers to check out the company. It’s a huge boost for JBD Apparel and in a recent article by Fashion Bomb Daily (FBD), it was revealed just how Kim Kardashian found out about the brand.
According to FBD, Kim found the company on her own and made a purchase through the site. Fashion Bomb Daily stated the following from their interview with Saudia Islam.
“Kim actually placed an order! Someone from the Yeezy team reached out to me to place a custom order on Kim’s behalf. I was so shocked. They said that they came across my page on Instagram, so social media can truly be a blessing!”
On Sunday, Kim shared the following on her official Instagram account.
