Before I head into the Samsung Galaxy A30 specs, here is the list of price of the device in various countries.

Samsung Galaxy A30 Price in Nepal: NPR 26,990
Samsung Galaxy A30 Price in India: INR 16,990
Samsung Galaxy A30 Price in Pakistan: PKR 39,999
Samsung Galaxy A30 Price in Bangladesh: Tk 22,990
Samsung Galaxy A30 Price in Philippines: PHP 13,990
Samsung Galaxy A30 Price Internationally: $245 (Approx.)

Now as we know about the price, let’s talk about the Samsung Galaxy A30 features to find if the handset is really worth the price. Let’s start the things with the Samsung Galaxy A30 display. The screen on this device uses a 6.4-inch Infinity-U display featuring Super AMOLED panel and Full-HD+ resolution. Since the size, type, and the resolution of the device is same as of A50, we did not find any differences while doing Samsung Galaxy A30 vs A50 comparison. The contents looks amazingly sharp and it also pops with vibrant colors.

Talking about the camera, the handset flaunts a dual camera setup at the back. The rear camera setup here is a combination of 16MP main shooter backed by a 5MP ultra-wide-angle shooter. With dual cam setup at its back, the handset is also capable of capturing portrait images. To capture portrait images, you have to toggle to the Live Focus mode. As far as the Samsung Galaxy A30 Live Focus mode is concerned, the handset captures some amazing portrait images most of the times. However, some images lack proper edge detection, which look like they are straight from a 2-year old phone. Although I found most of the images to be decent on my Samsung Galaxy A30 camera review, low-light shots and portrait images weren’t that impressive. So you have to live with that!

The phone also comes with a 16MP selfie shooter, which rests meticulously on the minuscule notch. With this camera, the handset captures some decent selfies. Apart from the normal selfies, Samsung Galaxy A30 front camera can also shoot some nifty portrait selfies. But some portrait selfies lack proper edge detection, which does not look particularly impressive.

On the performance side, the A30 comes with Exynos 7904 chipset backed by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard memory. With this setup, the handset performs smoothly when it comes to the day-to-day usage. Even on the gaming front, the device does decent well. I also played some Triple-A titles like ShadowGun Legends and PUBG. And my Samsung Galaxy A30 PUBG experience was not delightful but not pathetic either. The game ran at medium setting with just a few lags and stutters. But on doing Samsung Galaxy A30 Vs Realme 2 Pro gaming review, the Realme device outperforms the A30 by a huge margin. Look at the Samsung Galaxy A30 benchmark.

Samsung Galaxy A30 AnTuTu Benchmark (v7): 106,165
Geekbench 4.3.2 (Single-core): 1326
Geekbench 4.3.2 (Multi-core): 4114
PC Mark (Work 2.0): 7554
Andro Bench Sequential Read: 311.72 MB/s
Andro Bench Sequential Write: 190.1 MB/s
3D Mark Slighshot Extreme (OpenGL ES 3.1): 1064
3D Mark Slighshot Extreme (Vulkan): 1159

The device is fueled by a 4000mAh battery just like the Galaxy A50. As far as the Samsung Galaxy A30 battery life is concerned, the handset can easily last for more than a day on the normal use. I also performed a Samsung Galaxy A30 charging test on which the device took exactly 1 hour and 48 minutes to the device completely charged.
