Naga Munchetty: 'I’ve been told off for my behaviour' BBC star addresses her 'reputation'

In a cold voice, she replied: “I’m disappointed in you not caring, Louise,” which was met with a cackle from her BBC Breakfast co-star.

But Naga explained she had to adopt a mantra to calm herself down, using the phrase “it will come” when things don’t go her way.

“I used to karate kick my bag, the air would be more than blue when I tread,” she recalled past experiences when she lost it during a round.

Among other violent attacks on her belongings, she also admitted that the outbursts would happen so often that she found throwing her clubs in specific ways would allow her to avoid doing the “walk of shame” to pick them up.

“I’ve kicked over my golf bag numerous times, sworn, I’ve been told off for my behaviour on the course,” she giggled.
