The Handmaid’s Tale star also addressed the ongoing mind games between Fred and his wife Serena Joy, setting the stage for even more conflict in season four.
He added: That wonderful moment when they’re in that garden towards the very end and he literally says ‘I’d give everything up for you’.
“And then the next episode she has sold him down the river and then the next episode after that he flips the script on her. For me, it was deeply satisfying.”
