As you may have heard, a woman by the name of Kimberly Alexander has been claiming that her child was fathered by Tristan Thompson and she continues to say this despite a paternity test proving that is not the case. As a result, the basketball player has respected his previous threat of suing her!
Khloe Kardashian’s ex has apparently filed a libel suit, seeking damages.
Kimberly insists that Tristan is the father of her 5 year old son even after taking a paternity test that proved differently.
And since she also called him a ‘deadbeat dad’ he is now asking for damages as well as for her to oay his own lawsuit costs against her.
The complaint he filed was obtained by HollywoodLife and reads in part: ‘Defendant Kimberly Alexander is a wannabe social media influencer and pornographic model/performer who is so desperate to achieve her 15 minutes of fame that she recently fabricated a false claim that NBA star/Cleveland Cavaliers center/power forward Thompson is the father of her nearly 5 year old son.’

According to a blog called Gossip of the City that supposedly got in the possession of the text conversations between Tristan and Kimberly, she wanted a second paternity test to be performed at a second facility.
The reason was that the first facility had promoted doing business Khloe Kardashian – Tristan’s ex – and the rest of her reality TV clan.
After learning this, the woman was convinced the results were not trustworthy but rather biased.
Alexander claimed that she had ‘lots of dirt (on Tristan)’ so Khloe paid off the facility to falsify the paternity test’s results.

‘Such statements are false, outrageous and highly defamatory,’ Tristan mentions in his lawsuit papers.
