MEXICO CITY (Reuters) – Mexico’s health ministry on Friday reported 1,906 new confirmed cases of coronavirus infections and 199 additional fatalities, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 31,522 and 3,160 deaths.
However, the government has said the real number of infections is significantly higher than the confirmed cases and that deaths are also higher than official numbers show.
