K. Michelle Is Going Through IVF Treatment And Working With A Doctor Who Specializes In Designer Babies To Have Her Twins

The Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta star, Kimberly Michelle, is going through a rough period of her life, as the 34-year-old television personality has been experiencing issues with the in-vitro fertilization process, she has been going through due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic crisis.

The reality television star’s biggest wish was to have another child, and she took to Instagram to talk about her current problems.

The celebrity opened up about her struggles in a message which was posted on Wednesday and stated that going through IVF in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic was probably one of the most stressful things she had to ever face, before concluding with “By 11 pm I will have poked myself in the stomach a total of 8 times today. This is my LAST cycle of IVF”.

The “The Rain” performer also has shared that she really wanted to have at least one little girl and explained that she and her partner, Kastan Sims, have not given up on trying to produce “boy embryos.”

Michelle elaborated more by saying she had consulted with Dr. Hernandez-Rey, a renowned specialist in the field of designer babies, and it was possible for her to choose the gender of her baby.

However, it appears that the mother of one is prepared mentally in case her plan fails, as she stated that she would be content to have two little boys and be an “All boy mom with three boys.”

She wrote: “LADIES: Going through IVF in the midst of the Coronavirus is probably one of the most stressful things I’ve had to deal with. By 11 pm, I will have poked myself in the stomach a total of 8 times today. This is my LAST cycle of IVF. Me and Kastan keep producing boy embryos. I desperately am praying for at least 1 little girl. I’m currently seeing Dr. Hernandez-Rey, who specializes in designer babies and can help pick the gender.”

She added: “If this doesn’t work, I’ll be having two little boys, and I’ll be an All boy mom with three boys. At this point, I’m blessed either way. Some women can’t have kids at all, so I won’t complain. My uterus is also strong enough for me to carry, but I’m still going to have a surrogate for my mental health. I’m finally going to get it done this year. I’ve takin my time to do it the right way. I appreciate all the prayers keep sending them to God. He’s listening. I never thought I’d be going through this in my 30’s, but it’s life, and I’m proud of myself for being strong through this ride. Happy ❤️”

The vocalist, who welcomed her son, Chase Bowman, back in 2004, admitted she felt “blessed either way,” because “some women can’t have kids at all so I won’t complain.”
