TV and radio star Carol Vorderman, 59, got up bright and early this morning and headed to the gym for a work-out.
The popular television star, who has a very busy schedule, was at the gym for 6.30am this morning to fit in a session with her personal trainer.
Carol, who appeared on Channel 4 gameshow Countdown for 26 years, documented her trip on Twitter.
She posted a picture of herself with Dave – her PT – online this morning, in view of her 426,000 Twitter followers.
In the image, the BBC Radio Wales presenter showed off her fabulous figure in a pair of black leggings and a grey tight top.
Bright pink trainers completed her gym look.
The mum-of-two wore her hair loose in the picture and was sporting a pair of dark glasses as she posed for a picture in the middle of the gym.
The Countdown legend wrote: “Oh yessssssssss….been rolling on the mats since 6.30 with @dave_concannon.”(sic)
She added: “He says if I do five 6.30 sessions next week I can have a DAVE GOLD STAR. Gotta love that.”
Her personal trainer Dave replied: “Good work Carol. Stay consistent. Big love from Little Dave x.”
