JLS 2020 UK tour: Another HUGE announcement for their Beat Again comeback

JLS first rose to fame in 2008 after becoming runners-up on the fifth series of The X Factor. But in 2013 they parted ways after seven years together. However, JLS are now back with a huge comeback tour in late 2020.

Following huge demand for their 2020 Beat Again UK and Ireland tour, JLS have announced a third London arena date in the nation’s capital.

Aston, Marvel, Oritse and JB’s new date at London’s The O2 will be Thursday, December 10.

This adds to the already announced December 1 and 3 at the venue.

The new date will be JLS’s final UK show date of their Beat Again tour.

JLS have performed at London’s The O2 an impressive 16 times and sold over 1.4 million tickets in the UK alone.

On their upcoming 2020 tour, the boy band said: “We are so excited to be working together as a group again.

“We’ve always been like family, and now we feel that this is the right time for us to get back on stage and perform in front of our loyal fans.

“Even though it’s been 7 years, you can be sure that it’s going to be as high energy as ever”.

Humes continued: “And he says, ‘Yeah, about 2000 and whatever I’d written this song and you know it had a bit more of a groovier beat and it was a vibe. I really loved it but JLS obviously didn’t like it and I’m not surprised, they turned it down.’

“All of a sudden he starts singing Lego House so we’re like hold on a minute – woah, woah, woah, woah.

“So wait, Ed Sheeran had written a tune for us back in the day and we never heard of it, it never came to us!

“We could have had Lego House, that could have been our tune!”

JLS’s 2020 UK tour kicks off in Dublin on November 12.

The band will travel the UK and Ireland from then up until the newly announced third date at London’s O2 on December 10.

In total there are 17 dates across the month-long tour.

Tickets go on general sale on Friday, February 21 at 9am.
