To complete the Fortnite phone booth challenge you will need to head to The Grotto POI on the Battle Royale map.
This can be found in square H5 on the Fortnite Battle Royale map.
When you head to the entrance of The Grotto you will see a red phone box just by the waters edge.
Simply head to the phone box and press the prompted button to change into a henchman disguise.
To complete this challenge players will just need to come to this Fortnite location in three different matches and enter the phone box each time.
