David Adefeso Details His First Day In Israel And Tamar Braxton Shuts Breakup Rumors

Just the other day, it’s been revealed that Tamar Braxton’s BF, David Adefeso went for a spiritual journey to Israel with a part of his family. Now, the man details all about his first day there as you can check out his ‘adventures’ below.

David explained to his fans that he went there to celebrate his brother-in-law’s birthday.

‘ISRAEL ADVENTURE– Day 1 in Israel was surprising, inspirational, and wildly emotional. Like many Americans, I thought Israel was somewhat of a war zone where arch-enemied Arabs and Jews were killing each other with alarming regularity – after all that’s what we see on TV! `Instead, I experienced a multiethnic, multicultural group of independent-minded, deeply religious mix of Jews, Muslims and Christians all co-existing in surprising harmony where everyone ate together, worked together and visited the same hospitals and playgrounds,’ David began his post.

He continued and said: ‘And then there was the food- Wow!! Vegans like me have a hard time finding food when we travel outside of a few choice cities like New York and LA. In Israel, however, I walked into a sumptuous hotel breakfast spread filled with the most amazingly delicious vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options I’d rarely ever seen in one setting (btw there was lots of meat too). From the richly flavored baked falafel to the delicious “egg-free” Sabith (a multifaceted pita bread, hummus, fried eggplant combo) to the heavenly “butter-free” Basbousa, I found myself in food heaven!’

ISRAEL ADVENTURE– Day 1 in Israel was surprising, inspirational and wildly emotional. Like many Americans, I though Israel was somewhat of a war zone where arch-enemied Arabs and Jews were killing each other with alarming regularity – after all that’s what we see on TV! `Instead, I experienced a multiethnic, multicultural group of independent minded, deeply religious mix of Jews, Muslims and Christians all co-existing in surprising harmony where everyone ate together, worked together and visited the same hospitals and playgrounds. And then there was the food- Wow!! Vegans like me have a hard time finding food when we travel outside of a few choice cities like New York and LA. From the richly flavored baked falafel to the delicious “egg-free” Sabith (a multifaceted pita bread, hummus, fried eggplant combo) to the heavenly “butter-free” Basbousa, I found myself in food heaven! (sorry I don’t have any pictures of the food. I was too busy eating:)). After breakfast we headed to the Knesset, the seat of the legislature (the Congress). In the Knesset was a document called the “Basic Laws”. Israel doesn’t have a constitution, only a series of basic laws that protects the rights of the people and governs the security of the country. While the Knesset was formed in 1949, the original Knesset building was built by a French/Briton, James Rothschild, an heir to the famous international banking dynasty. We are in Israel to celebrate my brother-in-law’s birthday so we took pictures under the Knesset Menorah which is right opposite the Knesset. The Knesset Menorah is a bronze scepter built in England by a holocaust survivor that depicts the historical struggles for survival of the Jewish people. The UK donated the scepter to Israel in 1956 for the 8th anniversary of Israel’s independence. So far our first day in Israel has been nice, light and friendly. Next up is the Holocaust museum (Yad Vashem) and things changed dramatically! Stay tuned for that next!

After that, David continued and wrote about the basic laws, as Israel does not have a constitution.

Anyway, you can check out all the info that he had to offer to his fans in the caption of the photos that he shared on his social media account.

The other day, when fans saw that Tamar did not go with him, they freaked out believing that these two broke up.

But now, Tamar managed to shut down these rumors by hopping in the comments and simply saying ‘My familia.’

A commenter said: ‘Thank you for that well written descriptive briefing of your trip so far. Thougherly enjoyable.’

More people enjoyed reading David’s explanations, and fans were happy that all is well with Tamar.
