Why do the celebrities take part?
If there is no prize at the end, what incentive is there for celebrities to take part?
The answer is simply bragging rights, it is their chance to shine on stage.
The celebrities are already big names so a cash prize or record label is not something they are after.
Basically, they take part for a bit of fun and say the show is one of a kind.
