Garcelle Beauvais is one of two newbies to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills franchise and she has revealed what filming the season is like. She also offered an update on her friend Denise Richards.
After rumors of lackluster drama plagued rumors about the show, a bomb dropped that there will be a huge storyline surrounding Brandi Glanville and Denise Richard’s alleged love affair.
Garcelle, who has been rumored to be team Denise, spoke to US Weekly about her experience on the series.
‘Sometimes it was hard for me to be there. Sometimes it was hard for me to watch, if I can say that. Do you know what I mean? Because it’s a new experience for me. I’m an actress and I’m used to that, so real life and seeing people sort of go after one another is a new thing for me in that sense.’
As far as what’s going on with Richards who has been said to be MIA for most of the season, she has to catch up with her soon to get the tea. The two are friends in real life.
‘[Denise and I] only texted and she’s like ‘Girl, I have so much to tell you.’ So we’ll catch up and figure it out, but it’s tough when you have everything exposed and you have your side of it and people are seeing their side of it. It’s hard to figure out what’s right and what’s wrong. So we’ll know at the end. We’ll figure it out at the reunion.’
As far as the rest of the cast, she revealed that in addition to Denise, she has known Lisa Rinna for quite some time. Garcelle also loves to work with Erika Jayne because they share similarities.
