The Black Sabbath singer’s 12th solo album and first in a decade is released next month. And now Ozzy Osbourne has dropped a new single called Ordinary Man. The track, which is the same name as the record, features something of a rock supergroup.
Ozzy opens the ballad, while Elton John accompanies on the piano before coming in on vocals in the second verse.
Meanwhile, Guns N’ Roses duo Slash and Duff McKagan feature on guitar and bass, alongside Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith.
The Ordinary Man album, which is released on February 21, also features Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello and Post Malone.
Speaking with Consequence of Sound, Ozzy spoke of forming the supergroup for the single.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer added: “It’s f***ing awesome.
“These two iconic, legendary English f***ing rockers that have been through it all are singing about the end of their lives — ‘I don’t wanna die an ordinary man’ — it’s f***ing great.”
Following health problems last year, Ozzy has rescheduled some of his tour dates for No More Tours 2.
He’ll be heading to the UK through October and November later this year.
Last year, Ozzy revealed his desire for one last Black Sabbath gig with estranged drummer Bill Ward.
Speaking with Kerrang, he said: “I didn’t like the fact that Bill Ward wasn’t there [for the final tour], for a start.
“People put that down to me, but it wasn’t me, honestly. We [Sabbath] didn’t have the f***ing time to hang around, we had to get going, but I’m sorry it didn’t work out with Bill.
“Maybe one day there’ll be one last gig, I don’t know.”
