WATCH: Dramatic moment Air Canada plane rams into aircraft sending it spinning

A plane in Canada was filmed ramming into another aircraft at Toronto Airport. The Air Canada Boeing 777 was captured on video as it was being towed. It can be seen hitting an Airbus A321 aircraft of the Canadian carrier.

The jet is forcibly pushed away and sent spinning across the tarmac.

The Air Canada Airbus continues on its path, however, and is towed onwards as the clip comes to an end.

Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.

It’s understood both Air Canada planes were unoccupied when the crash happened.

DON’T MISS

However, the Airbus A321 suffered damage and is now being repaired, the airline has said.

An Air Canada spokesperson told The Independent: “The incident occurred during the towing of a Boeing 777 at Toronto-Pearson on December 27.

“The aircraft came into contact with a parked Airbus A321 stationed on the tarmac, away from the terminal.

“Both aircraft were empty at the time and there were no injuries.

The motorist drove the truck through a perimeter fence and then crashed through the wall of the building near the baggage claim.

hocking footage shows the moment the vehicle exploded through the wall at baggage claim.

“This looks like something out of a movie! But it’s real and happened at the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport around 3am Thursday. A mess,” tweeted DaveJordanBN9.

The truck eventually came to a stop after slamming into a rental car counter.
