Kym Marsh, 43, took to Instagram to speak out after receiving a “cruel” comment from a troll which referenced the death of her son Archie Jay Lomas, who was born 18 weeks early and died moments after birth. The Coronation Street star shared the shocking remark from the social media user in view of her 332,000 Instagram followers.
It read: “Stop acting like you’re nice and sweet and a sweetie Kym you’re nothing to Corrie and me go to heaven like your s**t of a son @marsh_kym.”
Kym then told fans the comment had left her “in tears” in an emotional caption.
She wrote: “This person has since deleted this comment that was very cruelly left on one of my Instagram posts this morning.
“I’m sorry, I don’t really care what people say about me, people are allowed an opinion, that’s none of my business, but to say such cruel things.
“I’m in tears reading this today. Something has to be done about this!”
